Office girls are great & all the Maintenance Guys are so nice to & can fix everything. Theres a lot of grounds here & its so pretty the way they take care of their landscaping. The plow the parking lots when we get snow & shovel & salt the sidewalks. Its very quiet at night because were off the main road 120 & were set back quite a bit so you dont hear all the traffic sounds. Its a very nice place to call home.

The school district is 38 and what a wonderful school that is. Maintenance has always been there right when we needed them. The dog park makes it so you have a back yard like a house you just have to take a walk to get there so that’s very nice. My kid loves the parks around here, the new homes means it is a good place to be or people wouldnt build there or buy from there.

I just love it here Im hoping to make it my home. Been at Meadows for several years, have moved to three different apartments because I like change. All personnel are professional and courteous, maintenance guys react quickly to the few problems I have had over the years. Landscape and grounds are nicely kept. Quiet community, with plenty of room, good value for the price.
Good price for a great apartment. Has all the necessities for living and is in a great location close to Woodman's. Parking can be sparse for visitors on weekends. Management is extremely helpful and responsive. I've been here three years now. Very accommodating staff and excellent maintenance crew.
